Global fast-food chain Taco Bell and American footwear company Crocs have teamed up to create limited edition slides in time for the summer.

The first-ever Taco Bell x Crocs Mellow Slides boasts a “mood-boosting" silhouette and a design inspired by Taco Bell’s signature colors that’s “perfect for a beach trip, park hang - or a quick trip to Taco Bell when a craving strikes.”

The slides also feature an ombre-like fade, with the words “Live” and “Más” embedded into each footbed.

Crocs’ Chief Marketing Officer Heidi Cooley explained the idea behind the Taco Bell and Crocs partnership. “This collaboration delivers on what both of our brands do best — listening to our fans and bringing their ideas to life in fun and unexpected ways," she shared in a press release.

While this may not be the taco joint’s first venture into the retail market, the partnership marks its first time collaborating with Crocs. According to Taco Bell US Chief Marketing Officer Taylor Montgomery, the two brands are all about “tapping into culture” and letting fans express themselves.

“We tapped into that link between the two brands and we're pumped to be able to share this exclusive Taco Bell x Crocs Mellow Slide with our fans,” he shared.

The Taco Bell x Crocs Mellow Slides drops in the U.S. on June 28 and will retail for $60. Customers who have achieved “FIRE!” tier status will also be given priority access to purchase a pair exclusively on crocs.com.

“We're always looking for unexpected ways to give back to our Rewards Members and giving them early access to order their own pair of slides feels perfect as everyone gears up for the summer,” Taylor explained.
