Red Lobster knows full well that its iconic Cheddar Bay Biscuits are a fan-favorite among its most loyal customers, so it decided to make jingles about it.
"Cheddar Bay-I" is the latest campaign coming from the restaurant chain, using the power of generative AI to compose 30 fresh-baked beats inspired by the biscuit.
To make the hits, the company fed the prompt with fans' declaration of love for the pastry, resulting in a compilation that spans different genres, including pop, rock, and hip-hop.
"You're My Cheeson," for example, is an 80s-inspired love song.
With lyrics like, "Cheddar Bay Biscuits, you are my life. Every time I eat you at Red Lobster, my heart skips a beat," it details one's admiration for the cheesy offering.
Meanwhile, "Bay Love" is a country-folk number about the heartland, where Red Lobster's biscuits grow.
"There's nothing like those Cheddar Bay Biscuits, butter and cheese they'll make you exclaim!" it sings.
The "Cheddar Bay-I" music collection also comes in anticipation of National Biscuit Day, building hype for the holiday in the weeks leading up to it.
Sara Bittorf, Chief Experience Officer at Red Lobster, shares the idea behind the unique campaign.
"Our Cheddar Bay Biscuits have been topping the charts in the hearts and minds of our guests for years, so we figured who better to tap for the inspiration behind each track than the people who share their passion for Cheddar Bay Biscuits every day," Bittorf explained in a press release.
