Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures are taking movie promotions to the next level by partnering with Roblox to promote the upcoming "Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire."
Together with game developer The Gang, the studios have crafted an immersive experience within the popular gaming platform, setting the stage for an interactive journey into the heart of the film's universe.

A Trailer That Sends You to Hollow Earth
The collaboration includes Roblox's first-ever "immersive trailer" designed to draw players into the world of Godzilla and Kong.
By watching a teaser for the latest offering in the "Godzilla x Kong" blockbuster franchise within the online game, players are transported into a virtual recreation of the movie's Hollow Earth, where they can take on challenges and collect crystal tokens.
Cameron Curtis, executive vice president of global digital marketing at Warner Bros. Pictures, expressed excitement about the innovative initiative:
"It's been fantastic working with The Gang on the 'Godzilla x Kong Obby,' an activation that pushes the boundaries of what's possible in the immersive media space."
How Does the New In-Game Experience Work?
Dubbed "Godzilla x Kong Obby," the immersive experience offers players an adrenaline-filled obstacle course set in the jungle-like Hollow Earth.
Guided by Suko, the Mini-Kong, players race through challenges culminating in a showdown between Godzilla, Kong and the Scar King, the movie's main antagonist.
To reward those who participate, players can earn collectibles redeemable for exclusive Roblox gear, including iconic elements such as Godzilla's tail and Kong's head and axe.
"Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire" comes out in theaters on March 29.
