Project management platform ClickUp has launched a set of tools during World Productivity Day that leverages AI to get work done more efficiently.
Aimed at supercharging productivity, ClickUp AI has over 100 user-friendly and fully templated prompts, with new prompts introduced every week. Users can also use the new feature throughout their entire workflow, including tasks, Docs, Dashboards, and more.
According to the company’s blog post, users don’t have to be AI experts to make the most of the tool and see an immediate productivity boost.
They just have to select their role, pick from pre-determined prompts, and begin writing full case studies and emails, generating briefs, creating territory plans, and crafting elevator pitches and demo scripts.
The company's new AI tool is also capable of writing product requirement documentations, creating sprint retrospective reports, summarizing lengthy docs, organizing tasks, and making instant recaps of long threads, which will also be available on ClickUp mobile soon.
ClickUp AI is available as a one-month free trial for any user interested in testing out the new features. If they want to continue using the AI tools, they can permanently add it into their workspace with a paid plan of $5 per member per month.

A new study conducted by McKinsey & Company reveals that AI could automate work that takes up 60-70% of employees’ time, which is why ClickUp introduced its new tools and made it simpler and more intuitive for users to talk with AI.
“Companies that adopt AI technology in the early days will gain a massive advantage over their peers, so don’t get left behind,” it added.
