LivePerson has a lot in store for its suite of AI services, including a new product set to launch this November.
Ruth Zive, LivePerson's Chief Marketing Officer, discussed with DesignRush in an exclusive podcast interview the company's plans to bring to the market a "game-changing suite of analytics and insights solutions" that arm large brands with conversational AI.
"There's a lot of opportunity on the horizon […] We continue to make investments in generative AI, but right now, we're focused on this launch, which will take place in November," Zive confirmed.

Recently recognized as a Sample Vendor in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Customer Service and Support Technologies, LivePerson hosts a wide range of AI-powered services, including voice, generative, and conversational AI, and its award-winning Conversational Cloud platform.
In May, it launched its first-of-its-kind AI assistant platform "Bella AI," which specializes in creating bots for businesses "in the time it takes to make coffee."
