Hero Lager has launched a new spot that tells its viewers not to underestimate the real worth of its premium lager beer.
In the one-minute TVC entitled "Uru Dia - There is Real Worth Within," a host asks those who are "Uru Dia Worthy" to step forth from the crowd to present themselves.
One man rises to the challenge, offering a heavy chest, and having it placed on a weight scale.
"Is there any challenger?" the host asks before another man from the crowd goes forward to present a Hero Lager bottle cap.
As he places the cap on the scale, the audience is surprised to see it outweigh the heavy chest despite its size - making it truly "Uru Dia worthy."
The crowd celebrates as they enjoy their refreshing lager beer.
Uru Dia - There is Real Worth Within was made by creative agency 7even Interactive and production company Nemsia Studios.
The TVC acts as part of the brand's larger Uru Dia campaign launched earlier this year.
“Uru Dia,” which translates to recognizing the worth within, captures the company's belief that every hard-working Nigerian deserves recognition - and that its premium beer rewards them.
