British supermarket chain Tesco just launched a new spot featuring a dad and his son having a jam-packed day filled with adventure.
In the 30-second commercial titled "Why Not," a young boy asks his father if they can do something fun the following day. "Yeah, why not?" the father responds.
The two then buy ice cream, play football, swim, get wacky haircuts, and watch movies together, all while the dad uses Tesco's click-and-collect service to conveniently run his shop.
"While you do the important things, we'll do the essentials," the narrator shares, highlighting the amount of time customers can save when they use Tesco's Click+Collect.
Tesco's latest commercial was created by the advertising agency BBH Dublin and is part of the retailer's new "Can We? We Can" campaign that aims to spread awareness for the new mobile service.
"At Tesco, we’re passionate about the food we offer, but we’re also hugely passionate about our service offering for customers," explained Cathal Deavy, Tesco Ireland's customer director.
"We created Click+Collect for that reason, to give our customers more choice in how, when, and where they shop," Deavy concluded.
