Independent creative agency Pereira O'Dell has just hired Meta’s creative lead, Juliana Constantino.
As part of a greater overhaul at Pereira O’Dell, Constantino has been named the agency’s new executive creative director.
Before joining the independent creative agency, she served as the global creative product lead for the Instagram Creative Lab at Meta Platforms for eight years. Constantino led the marketing strategy for features like Reels, IGTV, and Instagram Stories.
Known for her expertise in combining data with creative strategies, Juliana Constantino will help Pereira O’Dell usher in a new chapter of growth and creativity. She will also be helping the agency strategize a future around the growth of artificial intelligence.
“With Juliana’s background, we couldn’t choose a more perfect person to lead us into the next chapter of Pereira O’Dell,” stated the agency in an official statement.
“We are witnessing the emergence of a new level of creativity unlocked by technology. Or the other way around. And we want to be in the driver’s seat,” added Constantino.
Pereira O’Dell is experiencing a period of expansion following selling a minority stake to Serviceplan Group in 2020, changing the agency’s target from a bicoastal to a national focus.
Juliana Constantino is now part of the agency’s key creative leadership team led by Pereira O’Dell’s co-founder and creative chairman PJ Pereira, a proponent of the role of AI in creative agencies.
