Roblox Chief Business Officer Craig Donato is resigning from his post, as reported by Reuters. Donato, who has worked with the company for over seven years, will officially depart at the end of the summer.

He was responsible for the growth and support of the company's player, creator and employee communities, leading its marketing and partnerships and expanding its presence worldwide.

Taking over his role will be Roblox’s current chief partnerships officer Christina Wootton, who will be in charge of handling the company’s business relationships once Donato departs.

Wootton has been with Roblox since 2014, starting out as a sales director for the company before becoming its chief partnerships officer this July. Throughout her stay, she has worked on building the presence of brands and companies such as Nike, Gucci, Netflix, and Disney within the Roblox metaverse.

“We firmly believe that all brands will eventually have a presence on Roblox,” Wootton shared.

Meanwhile, the company has also created a new Chief People and Systems Officer position, hiring Arvind KC for the role. KC will take over the recruiting division of human resources that previously reported to Donato.
