Google just launched a new campaign starring American rapper Lil Yachty, hip-hop legend Busta Rhymes, and MacLaren Formula One racer Lando Norris to promote the speed of its web browser, Chrome.
In the two-minute “Chrome Speed Challenge,” Norris invites Yachty to rap as fast as the he can drive – all to find out if their skills can outmatch Chrome's speed.
“Chrome wants to know if we’re as fast as they are,” Norris explains.
Yachty accepts the challenge but not without the help of one of the “fastest rappers of all time.”
A quick Google search magically summons Rhymes, who then coaches Yachty to dish out high-speed beats per minute and match Lando’s miles per hour.

In addition to the commercial, Yachty also challenged TikTok users to participate in the Chrome Speed Challenge, posting a short TikTok video for users to duet and flex their fast flows.
